The
8-Week Coaching Program
The
8-Week Coaching Program is an intensive program in which participants work
one-on-one with a coach in a combination of face-to-face and phone sessions.
This program can be taken by itself or a modified version can be taken by
graduates of our Playshop.
-
During
initial phone session coach uses structured interview to assess
participant readiness, and participant determines if this is right for
them.
-
Participants
may choose to complete a series of assessments to determine strengths,
development areas, career options, etc. Feedback and a report are
provided.
-
Coaches
support participants in staying on track, challenge them to break through
obstacles and use guided visualizations to support them in accessing their
own inner knowledge.
-
Participants
may be given assignments to be completed between sessions.
At
the conclusion of the 8 weeks, participants will be engaged in taking concrete
actions towards the realization of their goals and dreams.

Program Requirements
Welcome to Loving
Living Life’s 8-Week
Program to fulfilling your dreams and goals. This is a time and energy intensive
program that requires much of Participants, including:
A
genuine commitment & desire to accomplish goals/dreams
Time during each of the 8 weeks to devote to sessions and assignments
Belief and trust that you CAN accomplish goals
Belief and trust that your Coach is on your team
Journaling
This program requires Participants to accept...even cherish...their
responsibility in creating the results present in their lives. People who cannot
own their creative power cannot expect to successfully complete this program.
Issues and events may surface as a result of this commitment to making life
changes. These will be addressed and resolved as long as the Coach and
Participant maintain open, honest communication. High-level communication is
essential for succeeding in this program. Sessions are confidential, so
participants should feel comfortable bringing up ‘sensitive’ information. If
you do not feel a sense of trust or safety with your Coach after the initial
session, consider not working with that Coach, or not doing this program, since
it is likely that personal information will surface in these meetings.
Program Design
In the initial session, the
Participant and Coach will get to know each other. During this session, the
Participant should ask questions to determine if the Coach is "right"
for him or her, and the Coach will assess (via a structured interview) the
Participant’s readiness for this program. If both agree to work together, the
program is initiated using the following format:
Weeks 1 - 3 :
Sessions will last about 2 hours
Interview & assessment; based on outcome, determine if program is right.
Coach provides interview (& possibly assessment) feedback to
participant.
Both agree on program implementation (how/when meetings will occur – e.g.,
frequency, location, method).
Create the "Desired State" for Participant’s life &/or work.
Set goals for moving from the current to the desired state.
Weeks 4 – 7 :
Sessions will last from 30-90 minutes depending on participant needs
One-on-one Coaching sessions to track progress, celebrate accomplishments
and recalibrate goals/objectives as needed.
Use of meditation & visualization to guide Participant’s planning
& weekly activities.
Coaching to help Participant overcome obstacles & barriers to
achievement.
Week 8 :
Session will last about 60 minutes
"Graduation": Review progress – where we’ve been and where we
are; set up next steps for Participant’s future independent work.
